Adelaide’s membership has soared to new heights, with the Crows exceeding 80,000 members for the first time in the Club’s history.
The total membership tally currently sits at 81,067, above the previous record of 75,477 members tabled in 2024. It’s the third year in a row Adelaide has broken its all-time record.
It comes as excitement builds for Adelaide’s qualifying final against Collingwood at Adelaide Oval on Thursday night, after the Crows secured the AFL minor premiership with 18 wins for the season – also a Club record.
Tickets to the Qualifying Final sold out in three hours after Adelaide’s last meeting with Collingwood at Adelaide Oval in Round 23 was attended by 54,283, which was the highest AFL attendance at the venue.
Crows CEO Tim Silvers sincerely thanked the membership, adding the milestone was significant and it came at a time when the AFL, SANFL and AFLW teams were all in competition.
“This is going to be a big September for the Club and especially for our members and fans who can watch two of our teams competing in finals, plus enjoy the 10th AFLW season,” Silvers said.
“While the players, coaches and staff have to remain focussed on the process of winning games and running the Club, we want our members to embrace the excitement and be at their passionate and vocal best.”
The AFL’s cut-off for 2025 club membership numbers was August 31 however, Adelaide’s total number is expected to continue to grow given the women’s season is only approaching Round 4 of an expanded 12-round season.
The Crows’ 2025 membership tally includes more than 6,500 AFLW members.
