Adelaide veteran Chelsea Randall has returned to main training for the first time since being placed in concussion protocols.
Randall has not played since Round Five but may now stake her claim for selection this weekend against the Eagles.
Crows Head of Women’s Football Phil Harper said the Club had purposely taken a cautious approach with her return.
“Chelsea’s recovery from concussion has taken a bit longer than usual, but it’s certainly pleasing to see her back on the track & training with her team mates today,” Harper said.
“We’ve said for a few weeks now that we wouldn’t rush her return and this weekend will be no different.
“Any return to play must be approved by our club doctor, who we will be guided by.”
Utility Hannah Munyard continues to make speedy progress in her rehabilitation and is likely to return this season.
Likewise, key forward Caitlin Gould is on a similar timeline as she recovers from a broken wrist.
“Both Hannah and Caitlin are tracking well and we’re confident we’ll see them again at some point this year,” Harper said.
Injury list as of Tuesday, October 7:
