An inner sanctum AFL match experience, tennis with Crows players Reilly O’Brien and Billy Dowling, or dinner with Adelaide Captain Jordan Dawson and Ryan Fitzgerald are just some of the items fans can now bid on as part of an online auction to help raise important funds for the Adelaide Crows Foundation.
Seven unique auction items have been generously donated by a group of 12 trekkers who are taking on the gruelling Kokoda Track this month in support of the work of the Foundation.

The group of trekkers includes former Adelaide Crows Foundation Chairman Garry Winter, current Crow Charlie Edwards and former player Kyle Hartigan.
Renowned for testing endurance, resilience and teamwork, the 96 km trail in Papua New Guinea was once the site of a crucial World War II battle but is now a challenging pilgrimage.
So far, the group has raised $80,000 towards their $100,000 fundraising goal, with every dollar helping to fund the Foundation’s education programs for South Australian kids in need.
Speaking before he departed on the trek, Edwards said he was pleased to be able to give back during his off season.
“I am quite lucky as a person and a player to be at the Crows and be in a position to help people who are a little bit less fortunate,” Edwards said.
“It’s always been something I’ve been passionate about, but we are very lucky in Adelaide being a two-team town and the impact we can have on people, not just children but everyone in Adelaide.
“It’s been a really enjoyable part of my footy career so far, being able to put smiles on people’s faces and seeing how the Crows can impact South Australia.”
The online auction closes on Sunday, November 2, at 5pm (ACDT).
The Adelaide Crows Foundation uses the power of sport to engage and empower local children and youth to reach their full potential. Find out more about the Foundation’s programs here.
