A trio of young Crows have been named in the 2025 AFL Players’ Association (AFLPA) AFLW 22Under22 squad.

Defender Zoe Prowse, midfielder Sarah Goodwin and utility Brooke Boileau all feature in the 44-player squad, which was announced on Thursday afternoon.

Prowse will be looking to make back-to-back selections in the 22under22 team, after another stellar campaign in defence.

One of the key cogs in Adelaide’s back six, the 22-year-old has averaged 2.9 spoils and 1.9 intercept marks per game, while often being matched up against the opposition’s best forward.

Goodwin will also be striving for back-to-back selections, with the classy on-baller taking her game to another 2025.

Given greater opportunity in the Crows’ midfield, the 21-year-old has thrived, averaging 18.0 disposals, 4.2 tackles and 210.2 metres gained per game.

Boileau makes her first appearance in the squad after a breakout second AFLW season.

The 20-year-old has played in all 11 of the Crows’ matches this season, and  received a Telstra AFLW Rising Star nomination in Round Seven.

She has been a consistent performer, averaging 10.2 disposals and 4.5 tackles per game.

The AFLPA’S AFLW 22under22 team is fan voted and recognises the best players aged under 22 during the home and away season.

Voting closes at 11.59pm on Thursday, November 6, with the final team announced on Wednesday, November 12.
