Adelaide staged one of its most breathtaking comebacks against the Western Bulldogs at football park in 2003.
Five goals in six minutes to the Crows deep in the final quarter turned the contest, after the Bulldogs were on track to end a seven-game losing streak.
The visitors led by 23 points at the last change and when Nathan Brown answered Mark Ricciuto’s early goal, the margin was back out to 22 points with only 13 minutes to play.
Five hectic minutes later Adelaide was in front and it kept going to win by 16 points.
The goal blitz was sparked by the ruck work of Matthew Clarke, who dominated Luke Darcy (father of current Bulldogs star Sam) and finished with 38 hit-outs, nine clearances and three direct goal assists.
