Adelaide has made two changes for its Round Nine clash against Richmond at the MCG on Sunday afternoon.
Defender Nick Murray returns to the line-up after a strong performance at SANFL-level against Port Adelaide last week.
Crows Executive General Manager Football Adam Kelly praised Murray’s competitiveness and what he would bring to the team on Sunday.
“We love Nick’s competitiveness, power and aggression,” Kelly said.
“Every time he represents the Club he puts it all on the line and this approach has earned him a lot of respect amongst our group.”
Skipper Jordan Dawson also comes back into the side after missing last week’s Showdown for personal reasons.
“It is obviously great to have the skipper back in the team,” Kelly said.
“He makes us significantly better, through his leadership, his presence in critical moments and the overall impact that he has on the game and the way in which we play.”
Veteran forward Taylor Walker (hamstring) and defender Jordon Butts (adductor) come out of the team after suffering injuries against the Power last week.
Luke Nankervis, Billy Dowling and Finnbar Maley have been named as emergencies.
Adelaide takes on Richmond at the MCG this Sunday afternoon, with the match to begin at 2.45pm (ACST).
Fans can watch the game live on Channel 7 Adelaide, Fox Footy and Kayo.
