Adelaide pair Eddie Betts and Bryce Gibbs have received votes from the coaches in the three-point loss to Fremantle on Sunday at Optus Stadium.

Betts was awarded three votes after generating a number of scoring opportunities against the Dockers. Unfortunately for the visiting team, the three-time All Australian was inaccurate, finishing with 2.6 from 15 disposals.

Gibbs polled two votes for another solid performance, finishing with 28 disposals (13 contested), four clearances, four inside 50s, nine tackles and a goal assist.

Don Pyke and Ross Lyon both awarded top votes to 18-year-old midfielder Adam Cerra. The No. 5 selection at last year’s national draft had 30 disposals and eight inside 50s against the Crows, showing composure well beyond his years.

Strong-bodied midfielder Lachie Neale (32 disposals at 84.4 per cent efficiency, six clearances) and rising star nominee Brennan Cox (19 disposals, seven marks, four goals) each collected seven votes while Dockers defender Nathan Wilson rounded out the voting.
