Crows utility Darcy Fogarty will be free to play this weekend after successfully challenging his charge of intentional rough conduct at the SANFL Tribunal Panel on Tuesday night.

The 19-year-old was initially offered a one-match ban for an incident in the SANFL Crows’ clash with Woodville-West Torrens on Saturday.

Fogarty's high bump on Jack Hayes was first deemed intentional conduct with high contact and low impact, but the teenager argued to the Tribunal Panel that the contact was careless rather than intentional.

Following 20 minutes of deliberation, chairman Ian White declared the tribunal had deemed the conduct careless.

As a result, Fogarty received a $200 fine and a reprimand.
