With Pick No. 37, the Crows selected the reigning SANFLW Best and Fairest winner and hard-running midfielder, Najwa Allen.
Allen only took up Australian Rules football four years ago, having previously played soccer.

- She also kicked seven goals from 10 games and was recognised with the 2019 SANFL Women’s Coaches Trophy, as well as a place in the Team of the Year
- She was named best on ground in Eastlake’s 2018 Canberra Grand Final win over Queanbeyan

“After drafting Hannah Martin last year, it’s great that we can reward the best SANFLW player again this year.”
