Kuwarna Skipper Jordan Dawson has polled a perfect 10 AFLCA Coaches’ votes for his standout performance in Saturday’s 68-point victory against North Melbourne.

The 29-year-old was at his classy best against the Kangaroos, as he recorded 24 disposals, nine score involvements, six marks and kicked a memorable long-range goal. 

Dawson was one of seven Kuwarna players to catch the eyes of the coaches, as they swept the votes.

Midfielder Izak Rankine received seven votes for his efforts on-ball, where he racked up 28 disposals, 10 clearances, eight score involvements and kicked a major.

Livewire Josh Rachele polled four votes for his three goals, 18 disposals and eight score involvements, while veteran defender Rory Laird also received four votes for his 25 disposals and seven marks.

Ruck Lachlan McAndrew recorded three votes for his efforts against Kangaroos big-man Tristan Xerri, which yielded two goals, 19 hit-outs and six tackles. 

James Peatling and Josh Worrell rounded out the vote-getters with one apiece, with Peatling racking up 22 disposals and six tackles and Worrell recording 24 disposals and five marks.
