Adelaide has traded Luke Pedlar and Pick 34 to Port Adelaide in exchange for Pick 32 and a 2027 fourth-round selection (tied to Richmond).

Pedlar informed the Club last month of his desire to move to the Power, having played 49 games in six years at West Lakes.

Crows General Manager List Management Jarryd Roughead described it as a balanced deal.

“Luke was a valuable contributor during his time with us and we wish him all the best for the next stage of his career,” he said.

Roughead said attention was now firmly on next month’s national draft in which the Club currently holds selections 15, 34, 35, 43, 56 and 92.

“We were really keen to preserve our draft picks due to the concessions given to Tasmania and the next couple of talent pools being compromised,” Roughead said.

“We also believe in the talent already on our list and we’re backing in our people, heading into next season.”

Defender Nick Murray will remain at the Crows despite interest from North Melbourne.
