Adelaide has made two changes ahead of its Round 12 match against Melbourne at Unley Oval on Sunday afternoon.

First-year Crow Olivia Gorman returns for her first game since Round Seven, while versatile tall Lily Tarlinton has also been named in the side after earning selection in the final team.

Crows Executive General Manager Women’s Football Bree Brock said Gorman and Tarlinton were being rewarded for their continued development and hard work.

"Olivia's got a really competitive nature and she's someone who brings great energy around the contest," Brock said.

"She's worked hard on her game throughout the season and we're looking forward to seeing her bring that intensity and pressure back into the side.

"Lily gives us another strong aerial presence and has a real willingness to compete," Brock said.

“With the wet weather game last week, we went a bit smaller in our forward half, so Lily was stiff to miss out, and it’s great to have her back in the side this week.”

Vice Captain Eloise Jones will miss this weekend’s game after the AFLW Tribunal upheld her one-match suspension due to rough conduct, while Irish star Niamh Kelly will also be on the sidelines, as she continues to recover from a hamstring injury.

"We respect the Tribunal's decision, but we felt we put forward a strong case on Eloise's behalf," Brock said.

"It's obviously disappointing to lose a player of her quality for such an important game, but we'll support her and move forward as a group.

"It's unfortunate Niamh wasn't able to recover in time for this weekend.

"She did everything she could to give herself every chance, but ultimately we’ll take a long-term approach and we'll continue to support her rehabilitation.”

Kayleigh Cronin has been omitted, and has been named on the emergency list alongside Lucy Waye and Juliet Kelly.

The game is the Crows’ final minor round match for 2026, with the team needing to win, and Hawthorn to lose to secure eighth spot and a finals berth.

Brock called on Crows Members and fans to turn out in force at Unley Oval and cheer the team on in a must-win clash.

"It's our last home game of the season and there's plenty to play for, but we've approached it like every other week," Brock said.

"We've prepared well, we're excited by the opportunity in front of us and we'll be giving everything we have on Sunday.

"We've loved the support we've received all season and we'd love to see a big crowd at Unley Oval on Sunday.

"Our players have worked incredibly hard and it's a great opportunity for our Members and supporters to get behind the team in what's shaping as a really important game.”

The Crows face the Demons at Unley Oval on Sunday at 2.35pm.
