Three Crows have earned selections in the AFLW Team of the Week following the side’s Round Two win over St Kilda on Sunday.

Reliable defender Sarah Allan was named for the first time in 2020 on the back of a strong performance in Adelaide’s back line.

The 22-year-old was a rock for the Crows, recording 13 disposals, four marks and two tackles.

With the game in the balance in the final term, Allan saved a crucial Saints goal - touching Georgia Patrikios’ attempted goal as it travelled across the line.

Courtney Gum was also selected, named in the forward line after collecting 19 disposals, five tackles and seven marks - including a Mark of the Year contender.

The veteran was named in Adelaide’s best and collected eight votes in the AFL Coaches Association AFLW Champion Player of the Year voting for Round Two.

Joining Allan and Gum in the side was young gun Ebony Marinoff, who was named on the interchange.

The 22-year-old was everywhere for the Crows with 26 disposals, 19 kicks, five marks and four tackles.

The speedy midfielder was also recognised with a perfect 10 in the AFLW Champion Player of the Year voting.
