Crows captain Rory Sloane will play his 200th AFL game in front of an empty crowd at Adelaide Oval next weekend.

The AFL announced on Friday that Round One of the 2020 Toyota AFL Premiership season would proceed, however, fans will not be permitted to attend based on Federal Government recommendations on mass gatherings.

Crows members and fans have understandably expressed their disappointment at not being able to be at the venue to support Adelaide’s ever-popular No.9.

AFC Media wants to ensure Sloaney knows the Crows family are right behind him and will be cheering him on from wherever they are on Saturday, March 21.
