Adelaide duo Sarah Allan and Ebony Marinoff have been named in the AFL Players Association’ inaugural 22Under22 AFLW side.

Marinoff, already a two-time All-Australian, enjoyed another strong season averaging 23.2 disposals, 5.2 marks and a Club-high 7.8 tackles per game.

The 22-year-old was named in the midfield alongside Carlton’s Madison Prespakis and Gold Coast’s Lauren Bella.

Allan - who stepped up in the void left by injured co-captain Chelsea Randall - finished the season averaging 12.5 touches and 3.5 marks per game.

The key defender was named on the interchange.

Earlier this month, both players were named in the 40-woman All-Australian squad, along with teammate Anne Hatchard.

The final All-Australian squad will be announced at the W Awards (date tbc).
