Adelaide will play its first AFL game at the new home of the Greater Western Sydney Giants on Sunday.

A $65million upgrade of the Sydney Showground, at Sydney Olympic Park, created the boutique 25,000 seat stadium for the AFL’s newest club.

Skoda Stadium will be the 18th venue the Crows have played at (for premiership points) in the Club’s 22 seasons.

The team will hold a light training session at Skoda Stadium on Saturday from about 3:00pm. Fans are invited to attend and can access the ground through Gate D from 2:45pm.

The Crows will hold an informal post-match supporters function at The Lounge Café and Bar which is in the Showgrounds, a short walk from Skoda Stadium (corner of Showground Road and Murray Rose Avenue).

An assistant coach, officials and two players will drop in to the function before the team bus heads to Sydney airport to return to Adelaide.
Skoda Stadium is easily accessed by public transport and road. The transport network to the venue has been designed to cope with large volumes of visitors.
