Crows midfielder Ben Keays has been charged by the AFL Match Review Officer for an incident in Tuesday night's loss to Collingwood.

Keays was charged with tripping Magpies defender John Noble during the final quarter of the game at Adelaide Oval.

Keays can accept a $500 sanction with an early plea. 

Based on the available evidence, the incident was assessed as Tripping (Fixed Financial Sanction). The incident was classified as a $750 sanction as a first offence. The player can accept a $500 sanction with an early plea.
