Biddell was drafted at the 2019 AFLW Draft as a key forward with a booming kick and strong mark after finishing second in the SANFLW goal kicking during the 2019 season. She was moved to defence in 2022 and formed part of Adelaide's premiership-winning backline in Season Six. Biddell was selected in the All-Australian team for the first time in Season Seven. She then went on to make the All-Australian team again in 2023 and 2024. Ahead of Season 2025, Biddell had finished top five in the past four Club Champion counts for Adelaide. Biddell was named in the Crows’ leadership group ahead of the 2025 campaign. Biddell continued to be one of the competition's premier key defenders in 2025, finishing runner-up in Adelaide's Club Champion Award and claiming the Club's Best Defensive Player Award. Biddell forms part of the Crows’ 2026 AFLW Leadership Group.
