The quick and courageous winger was recruited to Adelaide via a trade with West Coast ahead of Season Seven. Originally from Ireland, Kelly is also an accomplished Gaelic player who captained County Mayo’s representative team in 2019 and led the county to an All-Ireland final, before the Eagles selected her as an international rookie. Kelly made her debut for the Crows in Round One, Season Seven. Kelly had a career-best year in 2023. After winning the second-ever Showdown Medal awarded in Round One, Kelly recorded a personal-best 28 disposals in Round Eight against Brisbane. The following week, Kelly scored a match-winning goal against an in-form North Melbourne to secure her team a top-two finish and a home Qualifying Final. Kelly was rewarded for her outstanding form in 2023 with selection in the All-Australian squad. Kelly remained a key wing for Adelaide in 2025, finishing fifth in the Club Champion count and earning selection in the AFLW All-Australian squad. In 2026, she was also selected to represent Ireland in the AFLW Australia v Ireland.
