The quick and courageous winger was recruited to Adelaide via a trade with West Coast ahead of Season Seven. Originally from Ireland, Kelly is also an accomplished Gaelic player who captained County Mayo’s representative team in 2019 and led the county to an All-Ireland final, before the Eagles selected her as an international rookie. Kelly made her debut for the Crows in Round One, Season Seven. The Irish star produced arguably her best AFLW season in 2023, winning the Showdown medal for a best-on-ground performance, and selection in the All-Australian team. Kelly has continued to be an integral part of the Crows' line-up, only missing one game in 2025, averaging 16.2 disposals and 2.5 tackles.
