Crows fans have spoken, crowning ball magnet Rory Laird as their Members’ Most Valuable Player for 2018.

Laird entrenched himself a fan favourite on the back of a strong, consistent season that saw him rank sixth in the competition for disposals with 644.

His ability to deliver silver service off half-back had fans on their feet on multiple occasions as he collected 100 rebound 50s.

In what was a tough year for Adelaide’s members, Laird was one of the major positives as he continued to build on his strong 2017 form.

As Brodie Smith made his return to AFL football for Showdown 45, fans loved watching Laird’s combination with his fellow half-back flourish once again.

The 24-year-old ranked No. 1 at the Crows for disposals (644), marks (124), inside 50s (100) and uncontested possessions (424).
