Adelaide winger Eloise Jones will face the AFL Tribunal to challenge her one-match suspension for engaging in rough conduct with St Kilda’s Tilly Lucas-Rodd.
The incident, which took place during the final seconds of the last quarter of Sunday’s AFLW match, was assessed as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact.
It was classified as a one-match sanction as a first offence.
Crows Head of Women’s Football Phil Harper said the Club would “support Eloise in contesting the severity of the suspension”.
The case will be held via video link later this week.
