Adelaide defender Mitch Hinge has successfully undergone Syndesmosis surgery after being subbed from the game against Hawthorn last Friday night.
Hinge was removed from the game at half time after a marking contest in the second term forced the 27-year-old from the ground.
“Hingey will be off his legs for about four weeks now,” Crows General Manager High Performance Darren Burgess said.
“We’ll look to integrate him into full pre-season training just before Christmas.”
Crows Vice Captains Darcy Fogarty and Reilly O’Brien will also undergo minor procedures now that the season has concluded.
“Darcy will have surgery on some minor osteophytes (spurs) that have been affecting his big toe throughout the second half of the season,” Burgess said.
“We’re anticipating him training fully from day one of pre-season.
“And Rob will have minor arthroscopic surgery on his elbow, but it won’t affect his off season or pre-season.
“He’ll be lifting weights within seven days of the surgery.”
