Paying for West Adelaide in the SANFLW in 2025, Waye averaged 16 disposals, 3.2 marks and 4.9 tackles playing a hybrid mid/forward role, impressing with ability to hit targets, hit the scoreboard and bring defensive pressure. Waye represented South Australia at the U18 National Champions and was selected in the SANFLW Team of the Year.

While Waye’s well-rounded game is a standout, she also has speed and athleticism in spades, ranking inside the Top 10 nationwide in four key metrics at the 2025 National Draft Combine testing: 20m sprint (clocking a time of 3.209 seconds); agility (8.594 seconds); vertical leap (55cm) and running vertical leap (63cm).
