I, Dr Jack Zoumaras, submit my candidacy for election to the Adelaide Football Club Board. A devoted Crows supporter since 1991, I embody the spirit of South Australia and the Club - steadfast, passionate and committed. Despite relocating to Sydney over 20 years ago, my dedication to our people and team has never wavered; for more than a decade I have been an active member and donor. My long-standing involvement ensures that member interests and the Club’s core values will remain central to every strategic decision.
As a highly successful entrepreneur who has founded and scaled multiple companies in Sydney, I bring proven leadership, strong commercial acumen and robust governance experience. I offer clear strategic thinking, operational discipline and a results driven approach that will add immediate strength to the Board. My interstate perspective and extensive business network create valuable opportunities to grow commercial partnerships, drive new revenue streams and enhance the Club’s national profile beyond South Australia.
My rare combination of lifelong Crows passion and substantial business expertise positions me to champion stronger member engagement, support high performance standards and contribute meaningfully to the Club’s long term sustainability. Electing me, Dr Jack Zoumaras, to the Adelaide Football Club Board is an investment in energetic, visionary and accountable leadership at a defining moment in our Club’s history as we move into our new home and make premiership contention a non-negotiable.

Nigel Hebart

As a passionate football supporter and experienced board member, I am committed to helping the Adelaide Football Club thrive for generations to come. My career has been built on strategic planning and effective governance, working in Senior Executive positions in both global and Australian companies. I understand the importance of clear vision and disciplined decision-making to ensure our club's long-term success.
I bring hands-on experience from senior executive roles, with a focus on sustainable growth and innovation. My training with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) has strengthened my commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership.
I am especially excited by the club's expanding membership beyond South Australia. This growth presents new opportunities to connect with supporters nationwide, strengthen our community, and build a truly inclusive club culture. With only 5-6% of the club membership of 81,067 coming from outside of South Australia, this represents a major opportunity for the future.
In 2025, I had the privilege of serving on the Adelaide Football Club's supporters panel. This experience gave me invaluable insight into the club's culture, the passion of our members, and the dedication of key staff.
For club members, our future depends on strong community connection, financial stability, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities. I will work to ensure your voices are heard and that our club remains inclusive, competitive, and forward-thinking.
I am ready to serve with strategic insight, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine dedication to the Adelaide Football Club and its members.

Graeme Goodings * (current incumbent)

I am privileged to nominate for re-election to the Board of the Adelaide Football Club and to continue serving the Members of our great club.
During my time on the Board, the Club has navigated a period of significant challenge and transition on and off the field. I have been proud to contribute to strengthening governance, restoring trust with members and stakeholders, and helping position the Club for sustained success. This has included a strong focus on financial discipline, cultural renewal, and long-term strategic planning with the state-of-the-art Thebarton HQ due to open later this year.
My background in media has given me an intimate knowledge of our stakeholders and their special needs as passionate Crows supporters. Over two terms I have been an advocate for all supporters giving them a voice at Board level. I have consistently advocated for transparency, robust decision-making, and a clear alignment between the Board, football department , members and the broader Club community.
As a Board member, I have sought to represent the interests of members first and foremost, while ensuring the Club remains competitive, resilient and well-governed in a very competitive AFL landscape. I am deeply committed to the values and traditions of the Adelaide Football Club, and to building a future that delivers both on-field success and off-field stability.
If re-elected, I will continue to work constructively with my fellow Directors to support our players, staff and members, and to ensure the Adelaide Football Club remains a strong, respected and successful organisation.
