Adelaide key forward Riley Thilthorpe will continue to be managed for back soreness after he was a late withdrawal ahead of the Crows AAMI Community Series match against Fremantle last weekend.

Crows General Manager High Performance Ian McKeown said Thilthorpe was expected to return to main training next week ahead of the Round One clash with Collingwood on Saturday, March 14.

Meanwhile, midfielders Isaac Cumming and Izak Rankine and forward Callum Ah Chee will all rejoin the main training group this week after time in rehabilitation for low-grade hamstring injuries.

“Sam Berry, who was also managed over the past week, is expected to be in full training this week as well,” McKeown said.

McKeown said midfielder Jake Soligo was also ready for a return to full training after being on a managed training workload in recent weeks due to an irregular heartbeat.

James Peatling (low grade hamstring) is expected to be ready for a return to main training next week, while Mitch Hinge will be monitored for ongoing back soreness.

“Mitch is back on the track and running this week, and his return to play will be dictated by how he pulls up from his rehab sessions this week,” McKeown said.

McKeown said players on the long-term injury list - Dan Curtin (dislocated knee) and Mark Keane (broken leg) - were also tracking well in their rehabilitation.
