Erin Phillips’ strong start to the third AFLW season continued on Saturday with 25 disposals and two goals in a masterclass performance against the previously undefeated Fremantle in Darwin.

Her dominance around the ground lifted the Crows to a stirring 42-point victory at TIO Stadium.

The co-captain led the league in Round Four with 25 disposals and 23 kicks, while she amassed 16 contested possessions, seven clearances and seven inside-50s.

Currently, Phillips averages 20.8 disposals and 1.5 goals per game.

Another player in fine form was Anne Hatchard, stringing together her fourth-consecutive game with 20+ disposals.

The 20-year-old collected 22 touches, a round-high 13 handballs, six clearances and five hit-outs in an all-round performance.

Ball magnet Ebony Marinoff was impressive once again with 20 disposals and seven inside-50s, a week on from breaking the AFLW disposal record with 33 against Geelong.

Jessica Foley dominated once again in the ruck with 24 hit-outs as the Crows monstered Fremantle 29-5 overall.

Alongside 13 disposals, a 69.2 per cent disposal efficiency and five inside-50s it was a complete performance by Foley.

Follow through from the likes of Phillips and Hatchard saw Adelaide win clearances 28-9, including centre clearances 9-3.

The Crows booted 6.6 (42) and kept the Dockers goalless after half-time, with a fourth-quarter blowout in which Adelaide kicked five.

Goals came from several sources as Eloise Jones, Danielle Ponter and Stevie-Lee Thompson kicked a pair each.

Strength around the contest saw Adelaide collect a round-high 123 contested possessions, while uncontested possessions favoured the Crows 132-73.

Overall the Club won disposals 260-169, led kicks 161-120, handballs 99-49 and inside-50 fired off shots at 51 per cent efficiency.

From 43 entries inside 50 Adelaide, fired off 22 shots to Fremantle’s eight from 22 entries, at just 36 per cent efficiency.
