Adelaide has made two changes ahead of its Round Nine match against Richmond at IKON Park this Saturday night.
As announced earlier on Thursday, first-year Crow Ava Stewart will make her debut against the Tigers, while versatile tall Lily Tarlinton has been named to feature in her first game for 2026.
Adelaide Executive General Manager Women's Football Bree Brock said both inclusions had earned their opportunities through their recent scrimmage form and continued commitment to the team.
“Lily has continued to work hard and stay ready for her opportunity, and we're pleased to see her get a chance this week,” Brock said.
“She gives us flexibility with her ability to forward and pinch hit in the ruck, and brings a strong competitive edge whenever she takes the field.
“It will also be a special occasion for Ava as she makes her AFLW debut.
“She has shown steady growth throughout the year, embraced every challenge and continued to develop her game, so we're excited to see her get her chance against Richmond.”
Hannah Munyard and Kayleigh Cronin have been omitted.
The match will mark Grace Egan’s 75th game, with the forward and leadership group member set to hit the milestone against her former club.
“Reaching 75 AFLW games is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the consistency Grace has shown across her career,” Brock said.
“She has made a significant contribution to the competition and, despite only joining us this season, has quickly become an important member of our program.
“Grace leads through her actions, brings great energy to our group and is always willing to put the team first.”
Cronin is named on the emergency list alongside Christina Leuzzi and Hannah Ewings.
Adelaide faces Richmond at IKON Park on Saturday at 6.45pm.
The game will be broadcast live on 7Mate Adelaide, Fox Footy and Kayo.
