Adelaide will make at least two changes for Sunday’s clash with Brisbane at The Gabba with six inclusions to a 26-man squad.

Bryce Gibbs, Myles Poholke, Kyle Hartigan, Billy Frampton, Shane McAdam and Elliott Himmelberg have all been listed on an extended interchange, with the Crows set to finalise their 22 after Friday’s main training session on the Gold Coast.

Coach Matthew Nicks revealed in an Optus Members Q&A McAdam was pressing hard for an AFL debut and extra height in the forward line was also being considered.

Frampton and Himmelberg are the likely options, with the Crows looking to improve on aerial contests in the forward half after conceding 18 intercept marks in Round Three.

“We haven’t made a decision on selection, but Shane is putting his best foot forward and was a standout on the weekend as far as effort in our twos,” Nicks said on Wednesday.

“We’ve lacked that tall forward at the ball and we’ve struggled to bring the ball to ground.

“The opposition sides have had far too many marks (so) we’ll have a look at that.”

Rory Atkins (shoulder) and Paul Seedsman (omitted) are the confirmed outs at this stage.

Adelaide’s final team will be announced at 4.30pm ACST on Friday.

Sunday’s game against the Lions commences at 1.05pm AEST and will be shown live on Fox Footy and Channel 7 in Adelaide.

Adelaide’s Round Four squad is:

IN: Gibbs, Poholke, Hartigan, Frampton, McAdam, Himmelberg
OUT: Atkins (shoulder), Seedsman
