Adelaide teammates Taylor Walker and Matt Crouch have entered into a prank war.

On Tuesday, Walker told Triple M’s Roo & Ditts the pair had traded shots in the locker room - mostly centred around footwear.

“The other day, I thought it would be funny to take all of Matt Crouch’s left shoes so he couldn’t get home,” Walker said.

“Matt then thought it would be funny… you can spray your skin before you get tape on so it sticks properly.

“He sprayed the bottom of my shoes.

“Now I’ve got carpet and hair, everything stuck to the bottom.”

A retaliation was fired at Crouch, however Walker claims he wasn’t involved.

“I don’t know who it was, I’m getting blamed for it, but someone put sorbolene in the bottom of his shoes,” Walker said.

“When he put them on they were all wet, he blamed me.

“It’s been a bit of fun down at the Club.”

Heading into the second half of the 2021 season, Walker said the Club’s focus would remain the same.

“We’re just continuing on the growth and development path,” he said.

“Nicksy talks about the wheel continually turning and how you need to work on your defence… next week we’ll work on attack, another week on the contest.

“It will keep turning for our young group.”
