Jones is a tough, natural leader who impressed in her first AFLW season, playing every game and earning a Rising Star nomination in Round Five. Jones is a two-time premiership player, having featured in the Crows' in 2019 and Season Six (2022) Grand Final wins. She transitioned from the wing to the forward line in 2023 and booted a career-high 18 goals. Jones, who is part of the Crows’ leadership group, tore her Achilles in Round Three, 2024, and missed the remainder of the season. Jones returned from her Achilles injury in 2025 and enjoyed an outstanding comeback season, leading Adelaide's goal kicking with 15 majors and finishing equal seventh in the Club Champion count. Jones was named Adelaide’s AFLW Vice Captain ahead of the 2026 season.
